Getting started with the mixue app
Installation paths for Android, iOS, and web
We provide three ways to access mixue on mobile. Android users can download our APK file directly from our platform, verify the file signature, and install it on their device. iOS users can open our website in Safari or another mobile browser, then save mixue to their home screen—it will behave like a native app with fast startup and offline caching. Web users on any device can simply visit our domain in any modern browser and log in immediately.
Step-by-step installation on Android
- Download the APK file from our platform onto your Android device; your device will ask for permission to install apps from unknown sources—enable this in Settings > Security if prompted.
- Install the file by opening the APK and tapping "Install"; your device will verify the signature and install mixue in seconds.
- Open the app and register using your email, username, mobile number, and a strong password; we will send a verification code to your phone.
- Complete your KYC check by uploading your ID photo and selfie; approval typically takes subject to verification, after which you can deposit and access all features.
iOS web app and browser access
iOS users cannot install our app via the Apple App Store, but we offer a fully functional web app that works seamlessly in Safari and other mobile browsers. Open mixue in Safari, tap the Share button, scroll to "Add to Home Screen," and confirm. The app will appear on your home screen with a custom icon and will run at full screen without browser address bars. All features—deposit, withdrawal, account settings, Liga 1 betting, live-dealer tables, Aviator slots—work identically to Android, with the same KYC verification and payment processing.
Browser users on any device can simply visit our domain in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge; no download is required. Your session is secured with TLS encryption, and your login credentials are verified against our KYC database before each sign-in. If you prefer not to save your password, we support password reset via email or SMS, completed within subject to verification.
App versus browser: strengths and trade-offs
Our Android app stores your account balance and recent transaction history locally, so you can check your balance without internet—ideal if you are in areas with spotty connectivity. The app also sends push notifications when your withdrawal is approved, when a Liga 1 match you follow goes live, and when payment confirmations arrive from DANA or other providers. App startup is slightly faster due to cached assets. However, the app requires a one-time download and periodic updates as we release new features.
The web browser requires no installation and is always up-to-date; you simply visit our site and log in. It works identically across Android, iOS, desktop, and tablet, and you control all permissions yourself—mixue never accesses your contacts, calendar, or camera unless you explicitly grant permission for identity verification. Choose the app for speed and notifications; choose the browser for flexibility and zero-install access.
App advantages
- Offline account balance and transaction history
- Push notifications for withdrawals and match updates
- Faster startup and smoother performance
App limitations
- Requires download and periodic updates
- Android only; iOS users must use browser
- Takes storage space on your device
Device compatibility and system requirements
We support Android 7 (API 24) and later, covering the vast majority of phones in use today. iOS users need iOS 12 or later; this includes iPhone 5s and all newer models. All modern mobile browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Samsung Internet—work with our responsive web design. If your device is older than these specifications, you can still try our web browser; it may run more slowly, but it should function. For the best experience, we recommend Android 9+ or iOS 13+.
Troubleshooting installation issues on Android
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, it is likely because "Install from unknown sources" is disabled. Go to Settings > Apps and notifications > Advanced > Install unknown apps, find your browser (where you downloaded the file), and enable the permission. Some devices will warn about the file being unverified; this is normal for side-loaded APKs. Our file is digitally signed with our certificate, which you can verify in Settings > Apps > mixue > App info > Signature if you wish. If installation still fails, clear your browser cache, re-download the APK, and try again. Contact our support team if the issue persists.
Mobile access to mixue means you stay connected to your account, your funds, and your favourite markets—Liga 1, Piala AFF, live roulette, Aviator—wherever you are.
Data, permissions, and account security on mobile
Our app requests minimal permissions: camera (for ID and selfie verification during KYC), phone (to read your phone number for SMS codes), and internet (to connect to our servers). We do not access your contacts, messages, files, or location without your explicit request. All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2+ encryption, the same standard used by banks. Your password is hashed using bcrypt before storage and is never transmitted in plain text. Your KYC documents (ID photo, selfie) are encrypted and stored separately from your account username.
If your device is lost or stolen, you can sign in from another device and change your password, which will sign out all other sessions immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS if you deposit regularly. Your account recovery works through email or SMS; we will send a reset link or code to your registered contact within subject to verification. Never share your password or 2FA codes; our support team will never ask for them.
